Sugarloaf Stream
Taken at Sugarloaf State Park in N. California.

I'm looking for any critiques about the image.

got some nice composition here and nice details to work with. I would try getting more detail out of the of the scene w/o sacrifing the water detail, it is very dark as presented here.

The horizon line (stream) is too centered and you should try to keep any areas of ski out of the frame that should allow you to get more detail in the tree area.

It was impossible to get all of the sky out of the frame...unless I cropped the top.

Hey Benjamin,

Not a bad image, but not as strong as your previous images from this area. I think this is an either/or type of situation. Trying to get the water at a decent exposure and the dark forest is pretty tough. as this is, the areas outside the cascading stream are a bit dark and it's not holding my interest.

Without having been there, I can't think of anything to suggest you could have done differently.

Just tryin' to be straight....
