Male Stonechat with REPOST
Canon EOS 1D MKII, 600mm non IS, f8, 1/200, ISO 640, fill flash, RAW, RSE, CS2, bean bag on car window ledge.

Hi All,

Another from yesterdays session. This is the first time I had seen a male stonechat so was pleased to get a few images on file of him, also got some nice shots of the female. I have the "traditional" shots of him on a bramble branch and other "twiggy" perches, so decided to post one of him on the deck looking for food.

All comments welcome

Regards

Rob

Nice to see a shot taken on the ground,
I would lose blade of grass coming out of his back.

Looks good Rob. Prefer the reposted version. They do look different on the deck.
