Chincoteague at Sunrise
This photo was taken this past fall with a Canon 5D with a 28-135 Canon lense set to 50mm focal length. ISO was set to 160 with a exposure of 1/25 @ f/16.

Nice sunrise - maybe needs a slight counter-clockwise rotation, but very beautiful. Where is Chincoteague?

What a pretty capture John!! Nice and serene.

Hey Bob, I've never heard your terminology before about the water draining (of which I am famous for unfortunately :frown: ). Too funny!!!

Bob - That is just the curvature of the earth.

I love this photo. I was at this exact same place this November and we were also blessed with some great sunrises. Getting up early really pays off. The clouds and the reflections and the shadows -- all handled very well! I love it. I would probably have cloned out the two small weeds in the foreground and straightened the horizon slightly, but you have handled this very nicely! Makes me want to go back there right away!
