You could probably "go long" a lot better than Brady did with this one.....

99 grand, yowza. This one's used... was the price of a new one MORE??

Imagine" "Hi honey... you know that kitchen renovation and new SUV and built-in swimming pool we've always wanted? I spent the money on a lens instead."

Oh, NOoooooOO! Well, that's just the wildest thing. Who could carry it? How could you possibly hold it still other than by implanting it in cement? Collectable? I don't think so! Maybe as a pedestal for something as equally useful? Good one, Ned!

I would build a turret in the back of my truck for it... A thought that conjures up images of the "Rat Patrol."

Holy crap! ground shipping is $561!!!

I'd probably buy the Canon system before I bought this honker..

Hmm. If you took a 600 F/4 IS, added a doubler, and bumped the ISO up a stop, I wonder how much worse the image would be?

I'm willing to pay a lot (both in terms of money and weight) for an extra stop... but I have to assume this is targeted at collectors.
