Best Flash Bracket For Wimberley Sidekick

I recently purchased a Nikon 200-400 f/4 VR lens, and will be using it on a monopod, as well as on a tripod with a Wimberley Sidekick. I would like to purchase a flash bracket that I can use with both setups. I am looking at both the Wimberley F-1 Telephoto Bracket as well as the RRS B87-B. Has anyone used either of these brackets? Any thoughts, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...Nate.

I use the Wimberley brackets and have been very pleased with them. Top-notch quality and very functional - you cannot go wrong with it!
