Matthew, this is superb! This must be the rocks on Jordan Lake you showed us at breakfast a couple of weeks ago. Great!

Thanks Everyone.
Bill,
Actually these rocks are part of a sill outcropping at the lake near the fishing pier off Farrington road.
You can shoot sunrise from here, and sunset at the other location which is just off 64.

This is a great shot.
A couple of thoughts, not criticisms:
- If you were so inclined, I thinking cloning out the stick in the water would help, because my eye is drawn to it.
- I wonder if cropping just a little off the bottom and some off the left side would also help add drama, but I can't tell without trying it, because I'm talking about a small amount of real estate.
- Maybe, for fun, try cropping both sides and making it a vertical.
Plenty of material to work with here.

Yeah I think you are right about the stick. I wasn't sure if it added something good here or not, but I think I agree with you now. . .
I'm not sure about a crop from the left as it would compromise the centered comp which I like.
Wish I had shot a vertical here, I agree it would be nice. I guess I could crop out a 5MP vertical from this 10MP image

That's stunning! Really...just beautiful.
I agree about cloning out the stick. At first glance, it looks like a piece of dust or fiber.
