This is my first photo posting to this forum. Today I visited a good dipper place briefly. I walked to the shore and noticed there was one dipper right next to me. I kneeled down and got a few shots before the bird dived and swam further away. It's often quite difficult to get close enough to a dipper when using a 300mm lens, but today I had luck.

nice to meet you here. Great shot, I love the color.
I know a pair of Dippers in the middle of Innsbruck.
But never have been as close as you.
