Dunnock
Hi to all,

Haven't posed for a while , not been out much due to work commitments , so here's a Dunnock from this afternoon.

Levels , Usm(100,0.5,1 x2) , S/h(2,1) , Contrast , Cropped to portrait to remove clutter , a little tight and big in the frame I know , but I like it , shame about the OOF stalk running from the bottom left corner.

Canon 40D , 500F4IS , Gitzo1325 , Wimberley v2
1/500th @ F8 iso320 RAW

All comments welcome

Regards

stunning, pin sharp and a great pose, the OOF twig in front is a little distracting

In full voice on his shouting perch - nice one Alan :toast:

Only nit is the obvious one and there's not a lot you can do about that

Nit covered but this is one great shot. You don't get that chance very often. Well done, great job.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the comments.

Hi Andy,

I received my leveling base from Uncle Bob last week , this has now become my favourite piece of kit , very useful indeed so many thanks for the pointer.

Andrew

Great shot and contrary to most I prefer the big in frame shots shows every detail helps with my effort to improve ID skills. Thank you.
