A big thank you to Dena Sanders for inviting the CSNPer's around Kansas City to meet this morning at Burr Oak Woods Nature Center for some photography. It was great to meet everyone this morning and I think we all had a great time. Thanks Dena! Hope we can do it again sometime soon!

Great shot Wayne. We wondered what happened to you. If I ever get my unbreakable MAC back from the shop I will try to process the few I shot. It was a great time all around and a good group to shoot with. Thanks Dena. I appreciate all of your efforts.

I'll second the thank you for Dena putting this together. It was a great day to get out and spend some time in the woods and fun to finally meet some others from the forum. Merle gets the distance award for making the 2 hour drive to attend.

Wow, Wayne, this is great! I love the strong lines in the leaves and the autumn/wintery tones. Nice job of noticing the intimate details that the rest of us walked by!
A BIG thanks to everyone for coming out, I appreciate you all putting in the drive time and the effort. It was really nice to meet everyone and shoot with you. We'll have to do it again when it greens up a bit. Maybe this time we'll get closer to Merle or Wayne's house.

Great shot Wayne, the detail is really good and the snow makes it look cold! Sounds like you guys had a great outing.

The detailis in the texture and patterns of the leaves, plus the snow, make this a nice image Wayne.
