A fox, I sneaked up through the undergrowth and found this, along with the other 5000 other visitors to Formby today, I was the odd one out as I didn't have a several loud kids and two Rottweiler's straining at the leash.

HI Tim.....
Its strange how one of our most numerous mammals, is so hard to get pictures of, I know they are very timid some times, but you would think that you would get more opportunities.
Well done

Hi Tim,
Lovely Image. I particularly like the differential focus effect of the OOF FG as it really portrays the Foxes secretive habits.
ISO 1600 is looking pretty handy on the new Nikon machine.

Hi Barry,
My first visit and I saw 6, people mentioned the virus so I guess they've lost some. Place was full of visitors, more peace at sainsburys.

Hello Tim.
Nice shot and looks like I missed out on two firsts today. I was going to Formby my self today, but then I was told I was going shopping !!!!!!!!!!!!!.
It would have been nice to have bumped into you, and it would be nice to get a fox picture as I still have not got one.

I think they lost 10+ in December and press release said there could be many more deaths. If you saw 6 with all the weekend folk then I guess the outbreak wasn't as bad as it could have been.....
Nice Fox

First class image. Shame he survives. The fewer of these guys around the better.
