This is one of the other shots I got the other day, I like this more I think as it shows the facial makings well. I paid a return visit to day and only saw one pair at a distance,as Brian Phipps said " you have probably got your best shots of Bearded Tits..
Hope you like this one

Very nice, fantastic expression on the face, and nice soft background.

Hi Tim.
Glad to see you back posting again, hope all is well with your back!! that day was just one of those days when every thing went as it should, its a bit like going fishing, you take all this kit to a strange place and set it up, then wait, and if your lucky some thing comes your way,but I had a day to day when I caught very little, but I will just blame it Brian Phipps being there!!! no he's a great guy and has helped me a a lot .......

Cracking shot! Perhaps a tad oversharpened, but that is nit-picking.

One of the best shots I've seen for a while. A classic.
The background is great but kinda of looks up-side down?

I thought that the BG looked a little strange, but the blue is water reflecting the sky, and the orangey brown is dead reeds, thanks for looking and the kind comments
