Hello chaps, lincolnshire has been great for barn owls so far this week, this one was taken near a drain early on sunday morning. I have seen at least 20 different birds in the last 5 days.

Hi Lewis,
Good to hear they are doing well. Nice image that for me just has a couple of little niggles. Think it could do with a little lift in levels (I know it's taken at dusk and portrays the "nocturnal" bird) but you have some lovely golden late evening light by the look of it, but the image does not show it to it's full potential. Also take a bit off of the bottom, up to about where the oof wire hits the post she is sitting on.
HTH

Hi Lewis,
Cracking capture! I agree with Rob's comment about the lighting but I do like the Oof wire.
Has a great atmosphere, and looks pretty good to me as posted composition-wise. Would, however, consider cloning out the intruding plant stems at the bottom. Where are you seeing all these Barn Owls? Never see any down this way!
