Nice shot.
But i cant make my mind up if there is a slight cast or not(the white on the bird looks atad yellow, but that could be because of a low sun) ?.

Cracker for sharpness with the bill bristles standing out.
There is a red cast, but that may be down to the lighting conditions. The black pupil in the eye has rgb values 7,3,0, but when optimised out it gives a much colder image. On balance a prefer the old warming filter look!
For any other Oly users out there, I tried a new 50-200swd at Digital Depot today, by far the biggest improvement is its silent operation, focus speed is improved but it is much fatter than older lens, despite the same 67mm filter size the lens hoods are not interchangeable - all in all a looks to be a much better wildlife lens than the older 50-200 but takes up more room in your camera bag.

I think the slight warming effect may be due to the perch being only about a foot above a large area of bare earth. Also remember that Willow Tits don't have any white on them. Their cheeks are more of a cream colour.
