Hey,
I'm heading to the Chicago area to try to photograph some more waterfowl. So far I'm heading to Cosley Zoo in Wheaton, a couple of parks in Glen Ellyn and then on to Lincoln Park Zoo downtown. I am trying to get some species of ducks that I can't find around here right now. If anyone has been at any of the zoos and could offer some advice or anyone that knows of any other good locations it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I was at Graue Mill in Hinsdale this past weekend & with the temp at -10, steam rising off the water, and fresh snow the ducks,& geese were very willing participants. Mallards mostly, some common white, and some cross-bred hybrids?. I'll post in avian later to help ID them. Very bright, VERY cold. What breeds are you looking for? BP

I am trying to find just about any species other than mallards. Mallards are great too, but I would like something new. Thank you.
