Hi Jack the Blue Tit and the branch it is standing on is great but the BG. is a bit distracting.

Hi Jack,
I do not feel the BG is distracting at all..!
I think the whole blossom scenery is very appealing and works very well here!
I do feel a slightly tighter crop would improve this shot much.
Compliments for getting this lovely setting!

What a lovely picture.

A beautiful setting for this blue tit and well composed. I find the whites a little bright for me and wonder if a little negative exposure compensation might have helped?
A cheery shot for me to wake to . Thanks.

A very attractive shot, like it.

thanks for all the comments, i should probably have mentioned this is a set up shot at a feeding station
John the background was placed there to give a better sense of setting as the shots i took without it before were a bit boring

Hi Jack,
I like this. The BG isn't too distracting or busy! and adds to the appeal in this case.
Nice one Jack, love the perch... I'm not 100% convinced on the bg but follow your thinking. As it is a set at a feeding station there is a lot of experimentation that can be done to perfect the images...

Like your thinking Jack, maybe just darkening the background a little would help, it would be better than not having it there. Eric
