Jim

Earlier today I helped some one with linking their portfolio here under preferences, and at that time it was working ok.

Now when I click the link for my portfolio, I am seeing "The Online Portfolio of Richard Henry", same thing when I click the person's Online protfolio whom I helped today.

I just tried to access my own portfolio via clicking my portfolio icon, and it pulled up "The Online Portfolio of Richard Henry" as well as if I were him (went to his log in page rather than his actual photos). I had another issue today with the portfolio, but we figured it out that was because of our firewall program. I guess Jim needs to look at my link, too, and figure out what's going on.

Lia, I emailed Jim about the problem a little while ago. He responded almost immediately, saying it was an issue on their end and that it would be fixed "ASAP".

Thanks Ron, I was going to email Jim too, but hadn't had the chance yet!

Should be OK now - let me know if it is not.

BTW, what happens is when we find some obscure glitch and fix it, something that was working before gets unsorted. Thanks again for your patience!

Hi Jim

I'm still seeing "The Online Portfolio of Richard Henry" , after clearing my temp internet files, and clicking on your portfolio link which I had not done yesterday.

Jim, Ditto on Lia's remarks. Firefox browser; cache cleared and Richard Henry is still te object of the link!

OK, I thought David got to it already but I was mistaken.

As you can probably tell, I always look forward to these software updates!

I come up with the same portfolio as the others, but...if I then keep going and click on "Manage Portfolio", my own images do come up.

OK, clear temporary Internet files and it should now be good to go.

Sometimes when Dave gets under the hood to fix one thing he breaks something else in the process. And I thought I was the only one who does that... :wavey:
