Waterfalls everywhere
I was finally able to catch Lile Falls at high water, or at least higher than I've seen it before today, and was moderately pleased with the result. I have a difficult time shooting falls this time of year, due to the lack of color, but I still enjoy just watching them...hope some of you guys got some good shots today!

We had a great waterfall hike today with the Ozark Highlands Trail Association - could not have planned it for a better day! (not sure how that happened as I scheduled this hike two months ago) Anyway, we visited about a dozen great waterfalls but I didn't get to shoot since I was leading this hike - plus there was no time since we had more waterfalls to see! It was one of the very best waterfall days I've seen around here in a good long while. Too bad the sun will be out tomorrow and ruin everything. I'm hoping for a very wet spring so we can have more days like this.

Nice one, Bill. The last time I visited that waterfall, the water was very muddy... I think maybe the road up above had just been graded. Seeing your shot makes me want to give it another try.
I spent the day in Dismal Hollow, and saw lots of falling water. I hope to post something this week.

Nice shot Bill, it was a great day to be out. I visited Fern Gulley and finally caught it with some water. I will try to post a few later this week.

Great shot, Bill. I was out walking the dog twice today, but didn't get out with a camera. We had 40-50MPH winds here today. Glad to see you made the most of it.

Bill, we had "falling water" in KC today too ... driving, wet, heavy snow!! A very pretty waterfall and good flow, but I know what you mean about the lack of color. Glad you all were able to get out for some waterfall hunting!

Nicely done Bill! I like the way this fall spreads out from top to bottom.
