I took this on our village green at the weekend, I got a few strange looks (more than usual ) from some of the other villagers. This particular bird was very vocal, constantly harassing other birds if they came too close.

Hi Mark,
Shouldn't worry about the locals, you've come away with a very nice image, I'd be more worried on village greens kneeling in something unsavoury

Good Redwing portrait - ignore the villagers: you have to suffer for your art even if it's embarrassment which you'll become impervious to over time!

Hi Mark,
Try doing it in full camo next time that'll stop them look! It works for me!
Kidding aside, a very nice nice!
