A tree pano from the weekend, had the wonderful discovery that my beloved Tokina 12-24mm DX works full frame on my D3 from 18mm onwards which is same focal length as with the 1.5x crop.

Hi Tim,
Nice discovery!
This is a cracking pano. I love the colours. The foreground certainly adds interest and leads the eye straight to the tree via the soft shadow.

Hi Tim
Unlike Paul I find the foreground a little disappointing - I think that could be because the rest of the image is SO good also like the pano!

Hello Tim very nice it all works for me. I find the wall gives a nice base to the picture.

That's nice to know about the Toky Tim - when I get my D3X I won't need a new WA

Tim,
Very nice image although I can see where David is coming from. Maybe a slight lightening of the wall would improve the shot but then again what do I know about landscapes? Beautiful light though.

Great vertical Tim.
The D3 looks good and with the added bonus that your Tok will work still.
