Canon EOS 1D MKII, 600mm IS f4, 1.4x conv, G1548, G1321, f7.1, 1/3200, ISO 400, RAW, RSE, CS2.

Hi All,

The Dunlin and Turnstone's are very approachable at Salthouse, giving lot's of oppurtunities. These little birds kept me entertained until the Snow Buntings would come back from a lap around the marshes :biggrin:

Particularly nice - love the raised foot. I know how difficult these are as they are always on the move!

Lovely. My only nit is the eye it looks as though you have two catchlights. The lower and very small one needs to be removed imho

Only nit for me is the USM halo around the beak - otherwise really nice Rob :wavey:

Hi Rob,

Lovely capture! I like the composition, the clean background, the colours and certainly the pose. These waders are wearying me out at the moment making me chase them up and down the beach, so nice one!
