Barn Owl
Came out from deep shadow into the winter sunlight. Obviously heard the shutter clicking away. Like the form but the light was disappointing.

great pose seems a little soft though, is it a heavy crop

It is a heavy crop. I should have use some more USM after cropping. The image is sharp but has lost some definition/edge contrast in resizing and posting.

Yes its a bit on the soft side Paul and based on the weather conditions very difficult not to burn some of the whites out. Good looking pose. :toast:
