I've been lurking on this (UKNP) forum for a while and am impressed both by the quality of photography and also the frequency and variety of posts. So I decided to join in with a recent image of a nuthatch:

Canon 30D with 400 5.6 lens.

f7.1, 1/1000 sec, ISO 400.

All comments and criticisms appreciated.
