Macro Boredom
OK, I've had my macro equipment out, shooting a bit more, a bit better. Following are a couple of shots from today that I enjoy. This first one is of - ta da! - a strawberry!

... and this second image is of a miniature iris that I bought in the grocery store yesterday, just for this purpose...

That's what I was thinking too, Tim! LOL I need to get some flowers too...all the snow is getting to me and some color is badly needed. Thanks for posting these....I needed a fix!

With all of the great snow you folks have you should be out getting some great snow shots!

Two months of white day after day gets old after awhile, Phil. I've taken literally hundreds of shots of snow, trees and more snow..oh yeah, and the outhouses..in snow! Now that's it's been sunny for a couple of days and temps more moderate, I'm ready for Spring flowers and c-o-l-o-r! :jump:

After shooting white grunge for the past couple of months and submitting that stuff to the stock agency, I needed more color, too, which is why I pulled out the macro equipment. Yea, I've been having some fun shooting outdoors, in the snow, but it does get old. I post a different tact shortly...
