Found on the Beach
With the "warmer" (36ºF...whoopee!)temps and sunshine, I finally ventured out on the beach today for the first time this winter to see what I could find of interest. This fence and it's shadows was the first thing to catch my eye. Is the snow too blue?

Hi Toni,
I love your comp here. Your diagonal is very strong. Not too blue at all. It compliments the brown of the fence nicely.

Nice shot. The diagonal works. I sure don't see many snow fences around anymore.

Nicely done, Toni. This works very well as is (not too much blue at all, IMO), but I'm also wondering if there's a vantage point you could shoot the fence and shadows at a slightly less oblique angle. It wouldn't make the image better, just different...a little bit less tension, I'd venture.

Love the lines and patterns in this Toni, the snow is perfect from where I sit, great work :toast:

Thanks!

Kerry, I didn't think about doing it any other way, but yes, it's possible and I have done so before. Will give it a thought next time.

Good eye. Good light. Good shadows. Good image, Toni. The blue doesn't appear to be too much to me.
