He had ridden up Mt. Evans a couple times from Idaho Springs on his birthday, jumped in a frozen lake to celebrate the New Year,
What did he get up to this time????? Climbed no, but ran up Denvers tallest building the Republic Buidling 53 floors for charity, American Lung Association. Except for my weekly 2 hour hikes thats all the training I did. Pushed it a little to hard this time, spent close to an hour hooked upto oxygen and bunch of other cardiac equipment because I had chest pains afterwards. Was it worth, yes, would I do it again? Not sure. Happy with my result, of course, 57th out of 1877 people. Anybody up for a hike?
Until next time.
Jody

Wow. How long does it take to run up 53 floors? Did they have 1877 people running up at once? That would be sight to see.
You really are quite a mad bloke, you know that right?

I'm surprised you didn't jump into a pool of near freezing water to cool down after your run! I'll pass on taking a "leisurely" hike with ya. I'm getting too old for that type of stress to the system!
Congrats on the finish though. Just be careful that you don't become the recipient of the charity (chest pains and all)!!
