Love the two-colored BG. Only nit is that the bird is a bit centric, I would try with a vertical crop.

I like the setting, agree with Helge it is a little central and perhaps a little more USM!

Nits covered. It doesn't jump out like some of your others, but the b/g is nice.

It's a nice shot Tony, but I think it needs to be bigger in the frame and offseta little.
