Pair of Stags, Cannock Chase.
Canon 40D, Canon 100-400,L IS, F7.1, iso 400, HH, IS on.

Very good DOF with both stags very sharp. Maybe just a lower angle would have improved the image a bit. :toast:

It's bucks rather than stags for fallow :wink:
A lovely shot, with the pose and eye contact from both animals working superbly.
Really like the setting too

Excellent shot of a pair of Fallow Bucks :wink: I think I know this pair. Are they part of a group of around half a dozen bucks in the Freda's Grave/Glacier Boulder area?

Hello Paul.

Spot on mate. Their were six of them, I had to follow them for three hours before I could get a clean shot with a nice pose. Thanks for looking and comment. :wavey:

Simple heather background works extremely well. I wish for a step or two to the right (or left) to clear crossed antlers.

Nice; simple and effective shot. a little more seperation would have been the icing but I like it well enough as it is.
