I had a good morning at a local woodland near Cardiff. It is very busy with dog walkers, which can be a bit frustrating at times, but as a result the birds are pretty tame if you stay in one place for a while. Here's one from a of a flock of long tailed tits that i spent a while with. I'll save my nuthatch photos for later in the week!

Cheers,

Dan.

Nice shot; perhaps crop a little from the left to remove some of the stray bits creeping into the frame. Where was it taken? Forest Farm?

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for the comment, The photo was taken at Cosmeston lakes, near Penarth. I've only been to Forest Farm once, but i keep meaning to go again as I've seen some great kingfisher photos from there.

Cheers,

Dan.

Very nice Daniel, good protrait in nice soft light. I might be tempted to clone out that tiny bit of OOF tail, as it draws the eye. :toast:
