I've come across a great non breeding Kingfisher site. Now can i assume i can shoot all year?
I was at the conference so from what was discussed i believe i'm ok?
I'm just wanting to make 100% sure.

Hi Paul,
As long as you are not near the nest, you will be alright, just check the English Nature website for your own piece of mind.

Hi Paul,
My interpretation is that you'd be fine. As long as you aren't affecting the birds ability to provide food for young, but out of the breeding season that's obviously not an issue.
