New Member with a goldfinch

Hi all, I've been lurking around here for a while and just thought I'd finally say hello and post my first image. This is back from December, just an ordinary Mrs. goldfinch in my backyard. I live in Northern Rhode Island and have been wowed by the images I've seen here.

Hi Hali!! Welcome to the Northeast Forum. Nice little finch. I'd probably crop off some of the bottom. Too bad the light was so flat. Maybe someone can suggest contrast or something. I know not. I've only just started seeing goldfinches here this last week.
