Horde of Whoopers
Can't make my mind up about this one, in some respects it is too crowded, but for some reason it also seems to hang together, possibly due to the sky elements

I certainly like the sky, the composition is perhaps a bit cluttered but still works. It all looks a touch underexposed to me.

Mike,

Is "horde" the correct term?

Mmm I can see your problem with this one. It does sort of work for me as a group but I have two personal nits. Firstly the righthandmost swans wing seems to go off the frame and then the head of the swan next to it being partially hidden. But that is just me.

Thanks for sharing

Hi Mike,

Very nice! I do think it needs a lift in levels though!

Hi Mike, I agree with Adrian, but do find that the shot has some potential. I would selectively lighten the swans abit, but keep the dark dramatic sky :wavey:

mmm - monitor problems again I think, both this and my previous swan picture look OK on home machines, but on works LCDs both look 1 stop under exposed.
