This month I have a display at the "Ugly Mug" coffee shop in Sellwood on SE 13th Ave (2 blocks North of Tacoma Ave). First Friday is tonight so I'll be at the coffee shop from 7:30pm till 9pm. If you are in the area, stop by and say hi. I have 18 photos on display.
I hope it went well for you. I did the first friday thing at a gallery in AShland last night. I didn't make any sales but I got pretty buzzed off of some very good Merlot so it wasn't a total bust.

Good deal John! That's in my area so I will have to try and drop by and see what you have on display. Although, I don't go to that place anymore normally. Good coffee but I got attitude when I asked if they would be interested in display my work a couple years back. I am sure it was just a real grumpy employee but left enough of an impression that was the last time I went there. I will be having 3 or 4 large prints (at least 20x30) on display at the Starbucks in Westmoreland from mid April through May as FYI.
I have photos from Mount Rainier, Bryce, Death Valley, Mono Lake and a number of locations up. I take them down April 1st I believe.

Dan, there were school activities at both the elementary school (talent show = my daughter was in it !!) as well as the middle school as well as it rained and a Trailblazer game was playing. Had an okay turn out and there are people planning to come back to buy prints before the end of the month !
Adrian, congrats on Starbucks. I'm meeting with the manager there to see if I can get a time slot to put my work up. The woman (Kim) that manages Ugly Mug is very nice. I actually showed them my portfolio last year and it took till now for her to contact me. Part of that reason is she had a baby 6 months ago. I'd go back and try again if I were you. They are lined up for the next 6 months, afaik.
