This is a heavily photographed waterfall along Oregon's Eagle Creek trail. My sole intention yesterday was to just hike straight up to Tunnel falls and shoot all the rest on the way down....well, when I got here and saw this little fog cloud hanging over the falls, I knew I had to shoot it..... Mind you it was only about 7:15am when I shot this so it was not too bright out.
Comments, critiques and suggestions are all welcome!!!
Thanks,

Now that I have posted this and it's not 4am, I see all kinds of things I can change......
I think it's fantastic. I was gonna say that maybe placing the falls higher in the frame would have been cool, but that would have taken away from the coolest part of the photo, the fog. Very colorful and sharp where it needs to be.
I really like this. You seem to be on a roll lately!
I like this perspective. I also wonder about other comps around the falls. For example is there a way to get down a bit closer to capture more open water around the base of the falls?
Darren,
There seems to always be some kind of clouds there, at least whenever I go there and any pics I've ever seen there. This is a really good version of this oft photographed falls. The mood is great.

Yes, very nice Darren! I love this falls, and you captured it beautifully.
Derek, there is no way to get lower, or get anywhere near the base of the falls, without resulting in your death. You're are very limited where you can get views of this falls, this is about as un-obstructed a view as you can get.

Ditto. I really like the mood and your composition. Nicely done.

Taking into account what Rick wrote about limited access, I would say this is an excellent view. I like all the atmosphere above the falls, actually. The fog and double trees on the R are substantive and balance out the tangled mess on the L edge of the frame.

I am really liking this one Darren. Great work! Makes me want to be up there hiking in the Gorge. Will need to get back there soon!

Very nice Darren. I like the fog/mood as well.
I wonder when that tree is going to run out of water...
Awww... I like the mossy "old man tree" on the left. It adds the classic PNW look! I join everyone in liking the mood in this Darren. Glad you stopped your trek for the shot.
