Taken this morning while out with Rob.not the best image I got but probably my favorite. As Rob says they were all in a tree drying out when we got there, then they jumped straight back in a puddle...My only problem with this is the lack of catchlight in the eye...
Good action shot Stuart. Lots going on but pity about the highlight.
Its always a pity when the light just doesnt fall right especially when you work so hard to get your subject.
Cracking, nice to see the birds doing natural habits.

Always good to see some action - I feel you could lift the image a little further in levels. Re. the lack of a 'catchlight' you would not expect to see one in such flat lighting but you could enhance the lighter area at the top of the eye which would possibly help give the bird a little more 'pop'

Cracking shot. Think we got lucky getting bathing shots as well!! Bunting's nice and sharp but there's nice action with the water movement.

Rob
