Puffin
A slightly different Puffin shot. This one is looking somewhat bashful. Taken on Skomer Island near to the jetty whilst waiting for the boat.

Looks like he's having a relaxing doze in the sunshine. Ideally I would have prefered a little more breathing space around the bird and perhaps a slightly plainer backdrop. The pose is a good one though.

Very nice detail in this one and the pose is excellent. great to see a shot that nobody else has got.

Hi Robert

He looks in a very reflective mood - always good to see a bird looking relaxed. I think you have done well in very harsh lighting and in this one I don't mind the tight crop too much!

Hi Robert,

Nice shot of a delightful bird. He certainly looks as though he is reflecting on something! The crop works well here!
