I came across this from a drive last winter. I didn't really mess around with it before, but in the end I think it turned out pretty well in black & white.
Ryan,
Is this up on the Klickitat river? It looks awful familar. There also was a little dusting of snow when I was there. It looks pretty good to me. Maybe a little tight crop top and bottom?

Looks like B&W was a good idea, I think it works well here. I agree with Erik on the crop and I'd also kick it up to 720px, especially with the frame.

Ryan: perfect exposure on the structure. I'm of two minds about Erik's cropping idea. On the one hand, you have a nice pictorial scene as is. However, if you decapitate the hill and trees you would emphasize the building, and completely change the feeling of the shot. I think either way you have a nice image.

I think what Erik is saying is that the crop is too tight.
NIce one, Ryan, I've looked at this building a few times but haven't come up with anything.

Well-done Ryan. I too have wondered about that building. I even stopped once and tried to visualize a comp, but never took a shot. I agree that the crop is a little tight, but I still like it.
