Nevada Weekend
Here's a few images from my journey into southern Nevada last weekend. Thanks for looking. C&C welcome.

#2 Cathedral Caves

I know the highlights are blown out. It was intentional. The shaft was about 80' deep

These are all monstrously great! That first one looks like it has too much yellow (note the cloud cast), but other than that, primo. The last one is OMFG awesome! Where is this? (Please don't tell me it's Red Rock Canyon near Vegas. When I was there weekend before last, it was closed for a marathon.)

Thanks Todd. I'll work on the first one. Breathe easy cloud master, it is not Red Rock Canyon. It's actually Cathedral Gorge State Park near Panaca, NV, about 125 miles north. The park is really pretty small, only a few square miles.

Looks like a very cool place to explore, Jeff. You got some nice images while there. I'm partial to #4 and #5.

Nice stuff, Jeff. I like the effect on #2. #4 is my favorite though. That's some sweet light.

Very nice set Jeff. I like #2 very well.

The light in #4 is to-die-for. :toast:
Thanks for sharing these. I've never seen anything from this park.

Wow. Looks like Cathedral Valley in Capitol Reef Utah has a rival. I really like #s 4 and 5. I like the comp in #3 too. Never seen this place before either so thanks for sharing this!

Very nice, Jeff! #1 and #4 get my vote. Great light. #1 looks a tad over polarized at the top but not a big deal.

Very nice work. #'s 1 and 4 look a bit over-polarized for my tastes, but they're beautiful nonetheless. That second one is way cool!
