I've been using paypal code for my page for couple of years and it was working fine. I friend recently told me about an error he is getting. Wheneven he clicks on the button and goes to paypal site he is not able to see the option values correctly.

Size: xxxBASE64_STARTxxxMzB4NDBjbSBNYXR0ZWQgdG8gNDB4NTBjbTogNDAggAxxxBASE64_ENDxxx, Paper: xxxBASE64_STARTxxxSGFobmVt.GhsZSBQaG90byBSYWcgMzA4IGdzbQxxxBASE64_ENDxxx

Whereas it should show size and type of paper.

Can anybody help?! Thanks for your time.

Prashant, Paypal updated their shopping cart, and it's been causing some of my clients real trouble. It's been very frustrating.

I'd try to recreate the code for one item in Paypal, upload the new code to your website, then click on the button that contains the new code, and test it to see what you get if you try to buy. If that works, then that may tell you that you need to recreate the buttons. Ugggh!

If you can read html code, I'd also try to see what changed between the old and new code; maybe it's something you can easily change in the new code so you don't have to recreate all of your buttons again.

I wish I had a better answer, but Paypal doesn't offer much flexibility...you could try and email them, but I never get an answer, although someone I knew did get through to their customer service via phone once.

Thanks nancy. I think there is some change in the 'option' value code, I'll have a look at it and let you know.
