After three straight weeks of late nights and no weekends I finally broke free of my desk and got outside yesterday. The big snow we received last weekend is melting and it's a squishy, watery world here. Very few people were on the trails in the CVNP, so I had my favorite spots to myself.
We had very heavy fog in the morning. Here's an image from Sylvan Pond as the fog was starting to lift.

Nice image Chuck. I like the leading lines created by the shore. The conditions look very similar to what we had in Central Indiana yesterday.

Great shot Chuck, love the fog and the curve in the shoreline, well done

Chuck....the curve works well, as Bernie mentioned. I also like the brown reeds/cattails in contrast to the white of the snow and ice.

Chuck,
Glad to see you're out & about. I always enjoyed the silence walking around with or without the camera ( usually with Duke & Roscoe--who say hi by the way).
Try this in B & W... i like it.
