Spent a few hours at Welney WWT on Saturday, the light was grey and flat but I got to see Grebes displaying which is a first for me,although not the greatest image this is a record of a different pose from a GCG.

Hi Stu,

Nice shot and different from the norm. Would try a different crop, maybe a tight pano??

Regards

Rob

A good result to capture this pose.

Unusual and very nice pose, pano idea might work.

Nice picture, but I think I woud also try a different crop.

Nice, you don't say if you have cropped any but if possible I believe a pano crop would certainly work here, getting rid of the blotchy water fg and bg.

Hi Stu,

Different from the norm but I like it! Maybe a different crop might add more impact!

Funny pose, but I can't help feeling that here it would help with a tighter crop. :wavey:

Thanks all for the comments, you are right a pano crop would be better suited but the quality of the shot wont take it.The posted image is a crop already and tight pano just shows all the noise from the grey flat lighting.

Cheers
