Bonjour
I would like to know something. Is it true that black grouse are becoming a sheldule one bird from next year?
Thanks
Frederic

Hi Frederic,

Your good friend Mr John Smith told me the very same thing , no photography at or near the Lekking sites , John also mentioned that the schedule on Water voles was about to change aswell.

Andy...

Bit of an odd call for what is still a game bird and can be shot - although you wouldn't be popular if you did so!

Sure someone isn't getting wires crossed somewhere with Caper's....?

Yes I have heard that from john but I just want to make sure? Does anyone knows about the new law?

Some good information about Black Grouse here: http://www.blackgrouse.info/index.htm

Don't see why photographers should be any different from the rest of the public (birders etc) so why not stick to the code of conduct?
