I was photographing last week in a bird blind at a nature preserve that I have visited regularly over the past 7 years when a pair of deer came in. This was the first time I have seen deer come in to visit the bird feeders and I took advantage of the opportunity to grab a few images. This was taken 3/9, the same morning as my prior post, just after a snow storm left a nice blanket of 14 inches on the ground. This turned out to be a great day of photography. In fact the image below was taken that same morning just minutes before the deer arrived.

I've had very few opportunities to get that close to deer, and my RBWP is too shy to stick around very long, so I envy the chance you had to get these shots, Kirk. Very nice!
