I know, I know. Spring is just about here and everyone is sick of winter shots. Apologies, but I have no time to get out with the camera and I sort of wanted to see what you all thought of this one, taken during the middle of our January cold spell.
The view is of the Enchantments with the half-frozen Wenatchee River in the FG. Temple Ridge is in the center.
Sony R1, two exposure blend, early morning.

LOL! Winter shots are welcome here. It's a beauty. I wouldn't mind the snow island in the center brightened a bit, not to lose that early or late-day blue, just a tad brighter. Nice scene!

Marc, I don't mind winter shots! :-) This is a great scene. I do agree with Paul's comment about brightening up the mid-ground area a bit. The nice light on the mountains is beautifully reflected in the water at bottom but I think I might like it with a small crop from bottom to eliminate the area of water without the reflection showing.

I was of two minds, Goeff, about cropping the bottom floating ice. On the one hand, leaving all it made the frame awfully looong, but I did want to leave it in to emphasize the coldness of the scene.

This one isn't as strong for me as some of your others Marc. I do agree that both suggestions above would be improvements.
