Several months ago I was photographing the Carrowmore Megalithic tombs in the west of Ireland. Amongst the tombs was this rather 'friendly' fellow. Shot taken with a 20D, 17-85mm IS and a GRAD NDx4 as I had no lens gear with me.

Very nice capture and colours.
I would be tempted to remove the catchlight - it is too central to mimic a natural catchlight in the eye and there there is enough reflection detail in the eye to avoid the real need for a catchlight

I think this is very, very nice indeed with loads of cute appeal. I particularly like the rabbits upright and alert pose and the surrounding green folliage makes a most attractive setting, especially the fresh green bracken.
The burst of fill in flash has given the rabbit a very subtle lift.
I'd agree with cloning out the catchlight from the flash and to be really fussy I'd lose the small brown bit near the top left corner.
The soft light is great and the processing has been done well and brought out the best in the scene.

Re-post looks great. Having now seen the two images together I think I quite like the original with the eye catchlight. Not sure why I prefer that one and I know without it is probably more natural looking, but it kind of gives an extra sparkle IMHO.
Either shot looks great though.

Lovely bunny shot. I like the composition, the way the animal is framed by the pretty vegetation.

Hello Michael
Loveley posing Rabbit that you have captured really well.
Like the pose and appeal this has.
I feel on the repost that takeing away the bright eyelight has lost some of the spark that this gives to your image.
