'X-rated' Hares
40D, 400/2.8 + 1.4, Beanbag, Car window
ISO640, 1/160 @ f8, no comp.
C1 v4 + resize + sharpen CS3.

Hi,

A fleeting visit, in between family visits etc. One from this morning, the Elmley Hares were very active(as Jack, whom I met up with briefly, will attest to) but with rapidly declining light levels and increasingly dense snow shutter speeds were not conducive for boxing images, wasn't for the lack of trying and I have loads that are just not there. So had to settle for slightly more static shots, hopefully the light will be better in the morning and it will be just as cold!!!

All the best

Phil

Hi Phil,

Lovely shot, catching a nice bit of behaviour. Nice shutter sped for the Snow as well.

Shame about the "hump" in the FG.

Regards

Rob

That is an absolutely fantastic shot. Everything is great from the position of the hares to the point of view and the snow just puts the icing on the cake. This is the kind of picture I would dearly love to take. Well done Phil.
