Eastern Blue Bird
This year my husband and I wanted to watch and photograph a family of blue birds raise their young, so we built a blue bird house to the best of our poor ability, and positioned it just ourside the kitchen window on a 6' wood fence. One week later we had Mr. blue bird checking it out. Then a few days later Mr. and Mrs. Blue Bird started building the nest. I immediately set up my bird blind, and have gotten many photographs. This one was a bit different so I decided to post it. It is one or Mr. Blue Birds stretching poses.

He's beautiful! We have bluebird houses, too. They're a joy to watch.

Very cool, Jackie.

It must be great to have them so close to you.
