Red Kite
Hi All

Had a trip out yesterday into Wales and ended up around Rhayader. We stopped for coffee and thats when i saw this guy.

Not the best background but i like the birds shape & movement in the wings.

EF500 + 1.4 hand held
ISO 400
C4 + CS3

Hi Kevin,

Cracking shot. Tack sharp and lovely movement in the wing tips. I like the way you have caught the Kite mid turn.

Hi Kevin.

This is a very nice flight shot of a Red Kite! I like the blue background much better than the white I've been getting on my HH shots!

Super shot, different from the usual due to the angle of the bird and I love the blurred wings; gives a great sense of movement.
However did you manage to handhold that lot...strong arms, I presume!!
