Eagleside
Canon 400D, 100-400mm IS at 400mm, ISO 400, 1/1000 at f/11.0

Monday was our first sunny day in awhile, and I was between meetings overlooking the Puget Sound's Admiralty Inlet when this opportunity came along.

Definately a better use of your time than opting for the lunch! What a contrast to where you were moments before.

Great action stop Norman. Jesse's right, he does look determined. On this monitor there is a slight broad halo around the edge of the wing tip, easily fixed.

Whoa! That's an Eagle on a mission! Too bad you had to go back to "meeting..." Tough not to play hookie...

Wow shots like this are such a treat!! My only nit would be to brighten up the darker/brown feather areas. To my eye that part of the eagle is way too dark.

But for sure I'd LOVE to have spent my Monday out there instead of here in my office at home!!!
