Hi Jan,

Nice shot, although on my monitor the whites seem quite badly blown on the adult.

Cheers,

Dan.

I calibrated by monitor on Monday and it seems fine on mine, anyone else getting blown highlights?

Cute shot, although some of the fallen wood in the background is a bit distracting. Whites do not look blown on my monitor, but the colours do appear a little washed out. Maybe a tiny bit more saturation and an increase in contrast would not go amiss.

Hi Jan,

I'm setting up a new monitor too, but I don't think the whites are blown, not on this monitor anyhow!

Not used to seeing them without ear tags..... whites are OK but it is posted in Adobe RGB which will look dull and lifeless in a web browser... convert to sRGB for web presentation.

For me the composition here is not quite working as they are giving the impression of leaving the frame, but the eye contact is good.

All the best
