Thursday was a great morning, got up at 5.30am,with just a hint of the sun about to appear, and drove to a new location for Hares, that I have been watching.Loads there but as usual all in the middle of the field, any how I walked down the side of the field, and saw this one about 50yds away,so got as close as I could and started to squeak him up,and after about 10mins he was 20feet in front of me,but got a bit upset at the shutter noise, and moved off but not to far. Also got some nice Roe deer shots aswell as they appeared from out of no where.all in all a good morning......

Lucky you. We don't have any hares down here (or Roe Deer for that matter). Very nice shot as it is but I would also consider leaving a litle more space around it if there is any to spare.

Hello Stewart.

I like this as is and think its an excellent capture.

My only nit is they is a small white out of focus spot just infront of the hare, I think I would clone it out. :wavey:

First class shot, the directional lighting really makes him stand out.
